Important Note for CNBTA-hosted Competitions
All payments for individual athletes and team entries MUST be paid by one of the following:
1. Club cheque payable to the CNBTA (if you belong to a club, you must submit your individual entry this way, through your club)
2. Certified cheque or money order payable to the CNBTA (this option is for independent twirlers only who do not belong to any club)
** Please Note: Individual and group entries will not be accepted unless
they are paid by club cheque. Only independent twirlers (not associated
with any club) can submit via certified cheque or money order. Entries
submitted outside these guidelines will not be accepted. **
If you are a parent downloading these forms,
please consult with your club director regarding your entry. Do not
submit them directly to the CNBTA as they will not be accepted, they must be paid on club cheque.
